After you’ve been in to see the dentist, we kindly ask you to pay your fees at the front desk. If you think you may have problems affording your dental bill, please call us before your appointment so we can try to help.

Private health insurance
Our practice isn’t financially affiliated with any particular private health insurer. We’re an independent practice that focuses on serving you, the patient. We welcome patients belonging to any private health insurance fund, as well as patients who don’t have cover.
If you have private health insurance with dental cover, we’re online with the HICAPS system,so we can process your claim on the day of treatment – on the spot, no waiting for money to come through.
Please remember that health insurance rebates vary considerably from fund to fund and will depend on your level of cover.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs
Under this Medicare scheme via the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, you may claim benefits if you’re a DVA Gold Card holder. If you’re a White Card holder, only certain dental treatments are covered.
