Hello patients and friends of Shepherds Hill Dental Centre,
Following the borders opening in South Australia on the 23rd of November, Shepherds Hill Dental will be undertaking a number of extra steps to ensure we continue to look after the well-being of all of our patients.
As part of our commitment to adhering to the latest ADA Covid guidelines, we will be asking the following questions as we book appointments.
- Have you returned from overseas or interstate in the last 14 days?
- Do you, or has someone you have had contact with, have a confirmed case of Covid 19?
- Are you, or is someone you have had contact with, currently undergoing testing for Covid 19 and awaiting test results?
- Are you feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions we will have to ask you to stay at home and reschedule till the required period of isolation is complete and a negative Covid result returned.
